Are the goods insured?
We insure each purchase during transit until it is delivered. A signature is required upon receipt, at which point responsibility for the pieces passes to you.
Return & refund policy
You have 15 days after delivery to return an order. Products must be unworn, with all tags attached. Please allow 5 days after your return reaches our workshop for processing; refunds are issued within 5 business days after that. Damaged, used, or custom-made products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items. For a different size or product, email info@goldenmaze.gr to arrange a return and a new order.
How do I return my items?
1. Place the items in a box together with the return form — unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached. 2. Ship to: GOLDEN GROUP, Minoos 38-40, 71303 Heraklion, Crete, Greece. 3. Use a courier of your choice and keep the tracking code. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
