Within Greece
Orders ship with ACS courier. Shipping is free above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout; below it, a flat courier rate applies. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive within 2 business days. You can also choose free pickup from our Heraklion store.
Made-to-order pieces
Handmade pieces crafted to your configuration need a little longer — the product page shows the estimated production time before shipping.
Your confirmation
As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with your ACS tracking number. Allow up to 12 hours for the courier's website to show the first scan.
Insured transit
Every shipment is insured until it is delivered to you. A signature is required upon receipt.
